I'm not getting reminders

My dose isn't in mg

Pick the unit you actually use — clicks on a multi-dose pen, units or mL from a vial — and enter the amount your prescriber gave you. If your pharmacy label or prescriber tells you how many mg one of your units holds, you can add it so the level chart can use it. Weekwell never works out a dose for you; ask your pharmacist if you're unsure.

What is the estimated level?

A curve worked out from the doses you logged and the half-life in each medication's published prescribing information. It helps explain why side effects or food noise come and go during the week. It's an estimate, not a measurement, and not for deciding doses.

How streaks work

Widgets and the Live Activity

Press and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and search for Weekwell. Next dose is free; Your week is part of Pro. On shot day, a Live Activity appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Log it button. In discreet mode none of them show your medication's name.

Apple Health

Connect it in the You tab. Weigh-ins from a smart scale then appear on their own, and the weight, water and protein you log are saved to Health. To change what Weekwell can see, open the Health app → your profile → Apps → Weekwell.

Report for your doctor

With Pro, You → Report for your doctor makes a two-page PDF of your medication and dose history, how doses kept to schedule, weight and side effects, ready to share or print.

Subscriptions, cancelling and refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple, not by us, so cancellations and refunds go through Apple.
